RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We hope you are pleased with your order, however if for any reason you are not entirely satisfied with a product, Cosmology offers a 14-day refund policy.
Products must be returned in its original condition for a full refund or exchange.
Refunds and exchanges will be processed within 2-3 business days upon receipt.
Refunds (excluding the initial postage charge) will be refunded to the original debit/credit card used.
Unfortunately, due to hygiene reasons we cannot accept returned goods that have been opened and used.
DAMAGED ITEMS:
If unfortunately, the products you receive are damaged or faulty in any way, or not what you originally ordered we will be happy to exchange the items or offer you a refund. Please notify us immediately by filling out our Returns & Exchanges form. Please be sure to include your Order Number.
This policy is only applicable to purchases made online; as we are unable to process returns for purchases made within a partnered retail location.
Purchases made online will not be accepted for return or exchange at an independent clinic.
How the process will work.
- Read through (and make sure you understand) the returns & exchanges policies.
- Click on the link to proceed with your return or exchange.
- Print the Returns & Exchanges form and fill it out.
- Attach the form to the products and send both back to us.
- Wait for the confirmation email certifying we received your products and will be processing your refund or exchange.
